Finance advice about Spanish Property when Moving to SpainFinancing for your Spanish property is available from a selection of banks here, although the lending criteria has changed dramatically over the last few years. We have included a no obligation form for a quotation and first stage mortgage acceptance. Banks tend to lend up to 70% of the purchase price (not valuation). Although we do deal with a limited supply of good quality property from some banks, here 100% finance is available from the bank holding the property. In any case, to obtain finance here you will need:

 
1 - 3-6 months pay slips
2 - p65
3 - 3-6 months bank statements
4 - credit reports
5 - proof of moneys held on account for your purchase i.e. deposit and costs

6 - for self employed 3 years certified accounts
