the beach at Cala en Porter is perfect for smaller children due to it's perfect sands, gently sloping shallows falling into crystal clear turquoise waters. Whilst it is very popular for families the beach is big enough for those who prefer to avoid others and find their ideal spots too!
The beach can be reached on foot via steps, by car with free car parking under shade or you can walk down the beach road. At the beach front there are public toilets and a red cross/lifeguards post. If our client, the current owner so wishes, she can buy the property back from our investor for 80,000 (+fees) anytime in the next three years. Guaranteeing a return of 30,000 euro minimum.
If on the other hand, the current owner does not wish to buy the property back, the investor can buy her Usufruct, (her 10 year lease) for just 100,000 euros.
